Terry Iles Hygiene have been engaged for offensive waste management. They are a member of the British Safety Council and Heathcare Waste Management Association experienced in the provision of equipment to and removal of offensive waste from tattoo studios and numerous other establishments.
Each tattoo artist or skin piercer will be provided with a solidifier for liquid waste, a bag for offensive waste and a sharps container for used needles.
These will be in place at the beginning of each day and removed after the public and traders have left the site each day. Should a bag or sharps container become full before the end of the day it will remain in the booth and an additional bag or container provided.
Sharps containers and offensive waste bags will be removed to a secure vehicle and locked there until removed by Terry Iles Hygiene in the same vehicle.
All other waste will be treated separately and recycled where possible.
