All key personnel (where public safety is part of their role) and the ETMs deployed as per the Operational Site Plan will be linked by the event radio system. The channel will be allocated at the 9 am daily briefing depending on frequency availability and interference.

First names will be used as call signs with locations named as indicated at ETM guide which includes a list of codes for specific incidents and who should attend in the first instance.

The OM will carry a radio that links to Steam personnel for use for issues relating to the premises or incidents that require escalating.

The show control centre will be based from the Artist Support Location (as per the plan). Spare batteries, a first aid kit and the incident log will be kept there. 

Biohazard spill kit, a first aid kit, waste management spares will be kept at the Artist Support Location.

The OM will carry an event First Aid backpack when mobile.
